Il Volo meaning "Flight" consists of 3 young talented boys by the name of Piero Barone (17 years old), Ignazio Boschetto(16 years old), and Gianluca Ginoble(16 years old), hailing from the beautiful land of Sicily, Italy. The band names signifies the feeling that these three young tenors were about to spread their wings and fly.
The group's debut album of the same name features their first single "O Sole Mio" a highly popular Italian song which means Sunshine.
