College life isn't just all about studying. Students tend to get involve in activities to spice up their lives. Not only can they have a great time, they can contribute to the society and learn something at the same time. Clubs & Societies Day is a way to help students find their inner strength and which family they are most suitable for them to fit into. This year's Clubs & Societies Day was greatly participated by all the clubs and societies of Metropolitan College organized by their very own Student Affairs Office. Each club put in a lot of effort and heart to make this event successful. Booths were decorated distinctively to promote and attract new members to join. This event was also accompanied by LG and Loreal which set up their own booths giving out free gifts and free Baskin Robbins ice-creams! This year's Clubs & Societies was even better! The Metropolitan College's concourse area was filled with booths and activities for the students to participate.

The Metro Student Council booth intrigued the students with pictures of Metro Camp, Orientation Day, Red Day, and several other activities, showcasing a warm and friendly image by attending and catering to the needs of the student as they are the heart of all the clubs. Apart from that, the Metropolitan College would like to welcome a new club which is the Touch Rugby Club. It is an exciting game whereby violence as such in the real rugby is ignored.

The Thespians Club gives opportunities to students to showcase their talents and passion through major events such as Talent Quest. For this special day, they had the "Dance Dance Revolution" being set up at their booth showcasing their dance moves! Who knew some hidden talents were spotted! Metropolitan Motorsports Enthusiast Club, the Auto Fiesta organizers was all geared up with Need for Speed Underground, introducing to members what it is all about. CARS! The Bowling Club attracts attention by having a "Guess the weight of the bowling balls" game. The Badminton Club was not far behind as well. They had a game where participants had to hit the shuttlecock into a mini basketball ring with a badminton racket. The students get to have a 'touch' of the sport and it is not as easy as it seems! The distinguished Youth Entrepreneurs Club was one of the hot booths with many students surrounding the booth trying to get the lucky draw and Starbucks raffle.

Definitely it was a successful club and society event! Great job to all the clubs and societies for putting so much effort in making this day an unforgettable day. Cheers!
