 KUALA LUMPUR: AIESEC, an international platform for young people to discover and develop their leadership potential so as to have a positive impact on society; will host a "Global Village" as part of its 61st AIESEC International Congress at Malaysia.

This international culture carnival will kick start on Aug 22, 12pm - 4pm, at the Royal Ball Room,Palace of the Golden Horses, Selangor.

With the theme "Travel the World in 60 Minutes", 600 youth leaders from over 100 countries and regions of AIESEC, the world's largest student-run organization will present culture interaction, showcasing various customs and diversity of their countries to all Malaysia citizens. An array of cultural performances and country booths will be set up to break the geographic barriers, providing the public an opportunity to meet different people, and to experience international folklore, music, performances and food from around the world.

 This event is one of the highlights of AIESEC International Congress which will be held from Aug 22 - 31 in Malaysia, gathering the world's top youth leaders around the globe to exchange views on global issues and engage in leadership skills trainings through interactive workshops and discussions.

 AIESEC Global Village gives everyone a chance to experience all customs of different countries and regions in one-take without flying over different countries in person.

 Admission is free and there are attractive prizes to be won.
