Cats... Swashbuckling, slick, suave (and sweet for the she-cat); these kitties will take you for a swing and not let you down! Puss in Boots voiced by Antonio Banderas is entertaining and fun to watch if only for the main characters. I could not get enough of soft paws (Salma Hayek) and watching the dance-fight sequence was cute and original.
A star staudded cast told me that it could not go too wrong. Yes, it may be another disease outbreaks drama; But this was more than just another get-a freaking-scary lesson, type of story - it is thought provoking and as real as you can imagine it to be.
Based on a 1958 comic strip by Peyo and a subsequent 1980s Television cartoon series many are already familiar with the blue people that hit the big screen recently. Well, there are a few more lovely surprises awaiting those who come see this. It’s like chicken soup for the heart but with extra smurfy delights on the side to bring out the “aaawwww” factor!
