Come June 5, World Environment Day will mark the continuing struggle between Mother Earth and Man. We can do our part to help her win, and we should do it now. Remember, remember, the 13th of May, 1969. The day when our country faced its most violent racial clash ever, and many Malaysian lives were lost. When a non-governmental organisation wanted to hold a rally on the 41st anniversary of this day, there was outcry from all sides and it was eventually called off.
